About OC Creator: Who We Are and How to Reach Us

What we make

OC Creator is a free OC maker for fans who draw, write and roleplay original characters. Describe a character, pick a fandom and an art style, and the generator draws a character sheet you can keep: the picture, a color palette and notes for your next edit.

Who it is for

Fans building characters for My Little Pony, Sonic, My Hero Academia, Warrior Cats, FNAF and two dozen other universes, and anyone making a fully original character with no fandom at all.

How our fandom pages are written

Every fandom page, such as the MLP OC maker, is written by the OC Creator team against the source material. We check species, power and design rules against the show, games or books, list our sources on the page. When a new generation of a series changes the rules, we update the page.

Original characters only

The generator is built for original characters. Prompts are tuned away from copying canon designs, and our example art is made to stay clearly distinct from official characters. Series names and trademarks belong to their owners. OC Creator is an independent fan tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

Credits and pricing

New accounts get free credits when they sign up, and each picture costs a few credits. Monthly plans and one-time credit packs are on the pricing page.
